Once you have the
vehicles displayed on screen for which you are interested
you can find the rental conditions by clicking on the `Rate
Details' icon as displayed. We are pleased to advise we
have no car hire hidden extras, what you see is what you
pay. The only additional charges which are payable locally
will be for any optional extras you may order i.e. child
safety seats, snow chains etc. You will also find the rental
conditions on the third and final step of the booking process
(Step 3) - at the bottom of the confirmation page and then
again on your confirmation email.

Cancellations
Cancellation of a booking must be made a minimum of
forty eight (48) hours before the rental of the vehicle
is due to commence pursuant to a booking made on this
booking engine. If you wish to cancel a booking, the
only accepted method is through our Cartrawler
Website.
Do not cancel your booking with the car
rental agent directly as additional fees may apply.
In the event of a cancellation notice of which is received
by CarTrawler within seven (7) days of the car rental
booking date and at least forty eight (48) hours before
the rental of the vehicle is due to commence pursuant
to a booking made on this booking engine all funds
will be reimbursed. In the event of a cancellation
notice of which is received by CarTrawler outside seven
(7) days of the car rental booking date and at least
forty eight (48) hours before the rental of the vehicle
is due to commence pursuant to a booking made on this
booking engine all funds except a cancellation handling/
administration fee and the non-refundable
Administration Charge (Card processing fee) where applicable,
will be reimbursed.
In the event of a cancellation notice
of which is received by CarTrawler less than forty eight
(48) hours before the rental of the vehicle is due to
commence pursuant to a booking made on this booking
engine no funds paid will be reimbursed to you, unless
the entire rental amount has also been pre paid CarTrawler
will retain 3 days rental and Administration Charge
(Card processing fee) where applicable. In the event
of a cancellation of a booking when the entire rental
amount is payable on arrival, there is no fee for a
cancellation but you still need to cancel your reservation
through our Cartrawler
Website.
It is the responsibility of the consumer to personally
cancel any other ancillary product that they may have
purchased in conjunction (Side by side) with their vehicle
reservation, i.e. LOSS DAMAGE WAIVER EXCESS REIMBURSEMENT INSURANCE through
third parties. In the event that
you cancel or amend a credit/debit card booking CarTrawler
will not be liable for any monetary losses suffered by
you as a result of a change in monetary exchange rates
between the time of your original booking and its subsequent
cancellation or amendment (as applicable). |
